Constructed in 2001, the Cape-style home boasted over 3,500 square feet of original living space. We partnered with Vesta Architecture and Ivory & Bone to add 600 sq. feet to transform this space into the perfect home for a young, vibrant family.

The Modern Farmhouse incorporates tradition with a contemporary flair. These homes will often include neutral color schemes and clean lines paired with rustic, salvaged material like reclaimed wood or matte-black steel. Modern Farmhouses are cozy, clean, tactile, and inviting.

Originating from the concrete jungle of New York City, our clients wanted a home with enough space to live and entertain. Located on a historic farming road in the old town village of Newbury, we built an expansive back deck that opens to a sizeable backyard. Inside, the first floor features an open-concept floorplan for more usable space and improved flow.

We built a two-story addition to expand the kitchen and living room and provide an intimate primary suite. Most of the extra space is throughout the second floor, including a walk-in closet, a bright bedroom, a luxurious primary bathroom, and a private Juliet balcony.
