ADDITION

Originally a 900 square foot single-story ranch, the space was becoming too small for the growing family. After an extensive renovation to the original ranch, our clients wanted more square footage and decided the best option was to vertically increase their living space.

Building an addition allows for creating a custom space tailored to the client’s wants and needs. Our clients needed more living space for their growing family, so we built three new bedrooms, two new bathrooms, a sizeable second-floor landing, and expanded the first-floor family room.

The original structure was a 900-square-foot ranch with low-pitched roofs, a semi-open floor plan, and suburban designs. An additional 900 square feet was added to the second floor transforming the house into a traditional Colonial.

As a corner lot with ample outdoor space, our clients wanted to maintain their current yard size. Building a second-story addition was the perfect solution to keeping the yard intact and usable.
