Ipswich River
WHOLE HOME
Constructed in 1998, this secluded home located at the confluence of Gould’s Creek and the Ipswich River sits atop 13-plus acres of river-front views. Although the original footprint and layout of the house worked for our clients, the entire lot was in rough shape. We completely gutted and redesigned the first floor and refreshed the second floor.

TRANSITIONAL DESIGN
Transitional design is a perfect blend of traditional and contemporary styles. This style incorporates classic elegance while introducing modern lines and angles. While decor is important, this style lets the furniture and textures do the talking.
CONTEMPORARY CRAFTSMAN
Contemporary (or Modern) Craftsman homes often feature elements that blend with the exterior landscape. Facades include stone, wood, or stucco surrounds, overhanging eaves, gabled roofs, and expansive decks and porches. Expect large doors and windows, natural elements, and clean lines.
OPTIMIZED INTERIOR FLOW
We transformed the house’s first floor into an open concept living space at the beginning of construction. We relocated rooms and redesigned layouts to improve flow and better suit our clients’ needs in the future. We incorporated unified elements such as hardwood throughout to improve flow.
